You have truly inspired me to change physically, but more so disciplining and toughening my mind! My body has had to re-learn who's boss!! On the days that I didn't want train ( due to procrastinating mainly or 'tiredness' ) ...I'd loop the sequence and add extra abdominals. Amazingly, every time this world lift my mood, I realized I wasn't 'tired' and that the body is able to achieve much more than I was giving it credit. I've wanted to regain the core strength and physique before I had my two babies and every time I look in the mirror I'm supremely confident that it is totally achievable. Thank You Again!!!
Hey Coach! The program has now come to an end for me so I wanted to say thank you. I lost 15kg and gain a lot of strength and flexibility. I also got a lot of tool from the video to structure my reflections and handle some negative situation better. I feel confident I will reach my goal even now with all the worlds distractions giving me a "hard time". I created a lot of good habits that I am going to keep to build upon. Thanks a lot
